Jessica began her career as a Medical Assistant and joined Elite Community Services in 2009 as a Caregiver/Trainer. Over the past 16 years, she has steadily advanced within the company and currently serves as the HCBS Director. Her dedication and commitment to personal and professional growth are hallmarks of her journey.

Jessica is a vibrant individual who enjoys outdoor adventures, particularly in her Jeep. She’s a gym enthusiast, certified massage therapist, and celebrates all holidays with joy. Deeply family- and friend-oriented, she brings warmth and a grandmotherly heart to all her relationships.
