About Elite Community Services
Elite Community Services was established in 2009. We provide Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite care through the state funded program, DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) for any individual with developmental disabilities of any age. Elite also helps families find good, quality providers to assist with Respite, Attendant Care and Habilitation and gets them all certified. Parents of children under the age of 18 yrs old, who are qualified through DDD can be certified to provide up to 40 hours a week for each child for either Habilitation and/or Attendant Care. It can only be a total of 40 hrs a week (Sunday-Saturday) between services per child.
