How it Works
Elite Community Services has grown from a small local initiative to a trusted disability support provider in Arizona. Our commitment remains unchanged.

Apply with ECS
Tell us about the person you want to support, or we can match you with a member in need of assistance. We’ll walk you through eligibility and next steps together.

Complete Your Training
Complete the required certifications before you start. We offer onsite training at no cost — or you can use an approved provider if you prefer.

Start Providing & Getting Paid
Once certified, you’re ready to provide services and receive payment as an official ECS provider.

That’s great — you may be able to get started sooner. Other DDD-approved training options are available, and existing certifications are accepted as long as they meet state requirements. Just keep in mind that training completed outside of ECS is not eligible for reimbursement. If you have questions about what you already hold, reach out and we’ll help you figure it out.
