Kerri Masengale has over 43 years of experience and has spent the entirety of her career working in skilled nursing facilities and group homes. Her work has included writing policies and procedures for group home companies, auditing group homes and resident/employee files for compliance with rules and regulations, teaching mandatory trainings to provider staffs and their management teams.
