I joined Elite Community Services in January 2025 as an Assistant Coordinator. I am passionate about community engagement and take pride in supporting both my team and the individuals we serve.

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, I am very family-oriented and enjoy traveling to Mexico to visit my relatives. I’m an avid shopper and love spending time outdoors. Outside of work, I serve as a cheerleading coach for the Tucson Southwest Rams, where I have the privilege of mentoring girls ages 10–12. I also own a small business, Allison’s Wonder Stuff, where I create custom gifts, including tumblers, gift baskets, bouquets, and more.
